1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WaffleRounds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use WaffleRounds and participate in webinars, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age for handgun-related webinars
  • Be at least 18 years of age for long gun (rifle/shotgun) webinars
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Not be prohibited from owning firearms under federal or state law
  • Reside in a state where such transactions are legal
  • Be able to pass a NICS background check

3. Prohibited States & Jurisdictions

Due to state and local regulations, residents of the following jurisdictions may be restricted from participating in certain webinars:

  • States with assault weapon bans (certain firearms)
  • States with magazine capacity restrictions (certain accessories)
  • States with NFA item restrictions (suppressors, SBRs, etc.)
  • Any jurisdiction where online firearm transactions are prohibited

It is YOUR responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction.

4. How WaffleRounds Works

WaffleRounds operates as a paid educational webinar platform where:

  1. Users pay to reserve a seat in an educational webinar about a specific firearm or product
  2. The webinar provides educational content about the featured item(s)
  3. At the conclusion of each webinar, one registered participant is randomly selected to receive the featured item(s)
  4. All firearm transfers must be completed through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL)

5. Firearm Transfer Process

Standard Firearms

If you are selected as a winner for a standard firearm:

  1. You will be contacted to provide your preferred FFL dealer information
  2. The firearm will be shipped to your designated FFL
  3. You must complete ATF Form 4473 at your FFL
  4. You must pass a NICS background check
  5. Any transfer fees charged by your FFL are your responsibility

NFA Items (Suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, etc.)

If you are selected as a winner for an NFA-regulated item:

  1. You must reside in a state where NFA items are legal
  2. You must provide a Class 3/SOT dealer for the transfer
  3. You must complete ATF Form 4 (Transfer of Registration)
  4. You must pay any applicable tax stamp fee (currently $200, subject to change)
  5. Transfer approval typically takes 4-12 months
  6. The item will be held by the dealer until ATF approval is received

6. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All seat reservations are final once the webinar begins
  • Refunds may be requested for webinars that have not yet started
  • If a webinar is cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund
  • If you are unable to complete a firearm transfer (failed background check, etc.), no refund will be provided for the seat fee

7. Winner Selection

Winners are selected through a random drawing process:

  • Only paid participants are eligible for selection
  • Selection is random and cannot be influenced
  • Winners will be notified via email and through their account
  • Winners must respond within 7 days or forfeit their prize

8. User Responsibilities

By using WaffleRounds, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Not misrepresent your eligibility to own firearms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • That you will win any prize
  • The availability of any specific item
  • That transfers will be completed (subject to legal requirements)

10. Limitation of Liability

WaffleRounds shall not be liable for:

  • Failed background checks or denied transfers
  • Changes in laws affecting your eligibility
  • Delays in NFA item transfers
  • Actions of third-party FFL dealers
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WaffleRounds from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles.
