Getting Started

What is WaffleRounds?

WaffleRounds is an educational webinar platform featuring firearms, optics, and accessories. Participants pay to attend educational webinars, and at the end of each session, one lucky attendee is randomly selected to receive the featured item.

How do I participate?

  1. Create a free account on WaffleRounds
  2. Browse available webinars and choose one that interests you
  3. Reserve your seat by completing payment
  4. Attend the webinar at the scheduled time
  5. If selected as the winner, follow the transfer process

Who can participate?

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old (for handguns) or 18 years old (for long guns)
  • Be a legal U.S. resident
  • Not be prohibited from owning firearms under federal or state law
  • Reside in a state where the item is legal to own

Webinars & Seats

How much does it cost?

Each webinar has its own seat price, which varies based on the value of the featured item. Prices are displayed on each webinar listing.

How many seats can I reserve?

You may reserve one seat per webinar. This ensures fair participation for all members.

What happens if a webinar is cancelled?

If a webinar is cancelled before it takes place, all participants will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available for webinars that have not yet started. Once a webinar begins, seat reservations are final. Contact us if you have special circumstances.

Winner Selection

How is the winner chosen?

Winners are selected through a random drawing at the conclusion of each webinar. Every paid participant has an equal chance of being selected.

How will I know if I won?

Winners are announced at the end of the webinar and will receive:

  • An email notification
  • A notification in their WaffleRounds account
  • Instructions for claiming their prize

How long do I have to claim my prize?

Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of a new winner.

Firearm Transfers

How do I receive my firearm?

All firearms must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Here's the process:

  1. Provide us with your preferred FFL dealer information
  2. We ship the firearm to your chosen FFL
  3. Visit your FFL to complete ATF Form 4473
  4. Pass the NICS background check
  5. Take possession of your firearm

Can I choose any FFL?

Yes! You can use any licensed FFL dealer of your choice. We recommend choosing a local dealer you're comfortable with. Your FFL may charge a transfer fee, which is your responsibility.

What if I fail the background check?

If you cannot pass the required background check, the firearm cannot be transferred to you. Unfortunately, refunds are not provided in this situation as the seat fee is for webinar participation, not the firearm itself.

How long does the transfer take?

Standard firearm transfers typically take 5-10 business days for shipping, plus the time needed for your FFL to process the transfer. Some states have mandatory waiting periods.

NFA Items (Suppressors, SBRs, etc.)

What is an NFA item?

NFA items are firearms and accessories regulated under the National Firearms Act, including:

  • Suppressors (silencers)
  • Short-barreled rifles (SBRs)
  • Short-barreled shotguns (SBSs)
  • Machine guns (pre-1986)
  • Any Other Weapons (AOWs)

How is the NFA transfer process different?

NFA items require additional steps:

  1. You must use a Class 3/SOT dealer for the transfer
  2. You'll complete ATF Form 4 (Transfer of Registration)
  3. A $200 tax stamp fee applies (paid to ATF)
  4. Wait for ATF approval (typically 4-12 months)
  5. Pick up your item once approved

Are NFA items legal in my state?

NFA item legality varies by state. Some states prohibit certain or all NFA items. It is your responsibility to know your state's laws before participating in NFA item webinars.

Is my information secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your personal information. Payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

How do I update my account information?

Log in to your account and visit the "My Account" section to update your personal information, shipping address, or password.
